Courtyard Block
A whole city block resolved in white, with a glazed public cut straight through the middle of it.
Two long residential slabs, a stepped podium and a lower perimeter building close a full block. Between them a glazed passage runs diagonally across the site and opens into a planted courtyard with a small pool.
Every façade is ribbed deeply enough to catch raking light, so the massing still reads from the other side of a room. Up close the model keeps going: individually set trees, street furniture, a road surface with markings, and a clean board edge that stops the eye exactly where the site does.
