Water Court
Two white wings opening from a civic hall down to a blue basin.
A raised, colonnaded hall sits on the axis. From it two curved white wings sweep outward and down, holding a bright blue water court between them that narrows into a channel running back into the town.
The existing town on both sides is built in plain white with simplified roofs and dark planting. That restraint is a decision, not a shortcut: it gives the new geometry somewhere to land and keeps the eye on the move down to the water.
